Abstract

CLINICAL EVOLUTION OF MANSYADI KWATHA IN ARDHAVABHEDAKA W.S.R MIGRAINE

ABSTRACT

Migraine is the second most common cause of headache. In Ayurvedic Classics various procedures had been explained for treating Migraine as Ardhavabhedaka chikitsa. These therapies offer significant preventive and curative measures of Migraine. 25 patients of migraine were registered on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria and were treated with Mansyadi Kwatha as explained by Yadav Ji Tikram Ji for one month. Significant improvement was noticed in main cardinal features of migraine.
