SYNTHESIS OF 3-CHLORO-4-(1H-IMIDAZOL-1-YL)-4-(MORPHOLINO METHYL)-1-PHENYL AZETIDIN-2-ONE

ABSTRACT

Schiff base synthesis of imidazole derivatives by the condensation of (Z)-N-(1-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-2-morpholinoethylidene)benzenamine with 3-chloro-4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-4-(morpholino methyl)-1-phenylazetidin-2-one. The structure of these newly synthesized compounds was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass, IR and elemental analysis.
