NFATS:- A MOLECULAR TARGET IN ASTHMA

ABSTRACT

Transcription factor NFATs have been implicated in the differentiation adaptation and cytokine production of Th1/Th2 lymphocytes and therefore represent therapeutic targets for asthma. The increased expression of these proteins seen in asthma is the result of enhanced gene transcription. The present article Highlights History, Definition, Structure, Function, Role of NFATs in disease and targeting NFATs Protein in Asthma.
