ABSTRACT

Nanotechnology represents the production of nano-sized particles by synthesis, design, production and application of materials at atomic, molecular and macromolecular scales. A great number of drug delivery technologies have been optimized encompassing the micro technology, Nano-systems as well as polymer conjugation. This review focuses on the classification, preparation methods, characterization, application, advantages, risks and toxicities caused by nanoparticles.
