ABSTRACT
Cancer cells are resistant to approved drugs due to mutation in DNA. Naturally occurring compounds are known to exhibit anticancer activity. Hence there is need to design and develop safe anticancer drug from natural products. The present work describes the molecular docking study of naturally occurring tricyclic diterpenoids as potential anticancer agents in silico.
Keywords: Tricyclic diterpenoids, Anticancer, Imatinib, Royleanone, Docking.
