Abstract

IN VITRO BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF SOME NOVEL CHALCONES AND THEIR HETEROCYCLIC DERIVATIVES AS ANTITUBERCULAR AGENTS

ABSTRACT

In the present investigation a series of some novel synthetic Chalcones (2a-d) and their heterocyclic analogs such as Isoxazolines (3a-d), Pyrimidines (4a-d), Pyrazolines (5a-d), Benzodiazepines (6a-d) and Benzothiazepines (7a-d) respectively, which earlier reported by our group have been subjected for their cytotoxic and antitubercular potential by using brine shrimp lethality & micro plate alamar blue assay.
