Down syndrome is a genomic disorder caused by unusual cell division results in extra genomic material from chromosome 21. This genomic disorder varies in rigorousness, causes lifelong disability, delays in organ development and in some children’s it may cause health issues. Down syndrome is the most communal genomic chromosomal disorder and cause of knowledge incapacities in children. Timely interventions and well aware of Down syndrome can greatly increase the quality of life in kids and grown person. This study pronounces a case on 6 years old male patient was admitted to hospital with the complaints of high grade fever not associated with rigors, cough and cold since two days, breathing difficulty from morning on the day of admission. On examination make known that aware and not oriented. Past medical history shows that the patient has a known case of Down syndrome. Based on the past, medical history, sign and symptoms and screening test, it was diagnosed as Down syndrome associated with WALRI (wheezing associated with lower respiratory tract infection). Children with Down syndrome can have a many complications, nearly of which turn out to be more noticeable as they grow into older, such as complications in Heart, transferable illnesses, Obesity, leukemia, Sleep apnea, Dementia and Other issues. Down syndrome also be related with other health circumstances, including thyroid problems, digestive obstruction, ear infections, premature menopause, seizures, audible range loss, and skin complications such as skeletal problems, psoriasis and reduced visualization.
