ABSTRACT

This report presents the major community engagement and extension activities conducted by the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Government Medical College, Kottayam during the academic year 2024–2025. All activities were aligned with KUHS Quality Assurance Standards (QAS)– Extension and Community Engagement and institutional commitments toward public health promotion, patient education, and community collaboration. Community engagement and participatory health education are recognized as key strategies for achieving universal health coverage and sustainable public health outcomes.[¹,²]
