THE BLISS MOLECULE ANANDAMIDE: A NEUROPHARMACOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE ON HOLISTIC STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH A LIFESTYLE-BASED CONCEPTUAL RESEARCH FRAMEWORK

ABSTRACT Anandamide (N-arachidonoylethanolamine) is a crucial natural cannabinoid neurotransmitter that helps regulate stress, mood, and balance in the body through the endocannabinoid system (ECS). This research paper goes into depth about how Anandamide is made, how it interacts with receptors, and how it affects the body. Unlike neurotransmitters like GABA, serotonin, or dopamine, Anandamide helps reduce stress without making you feel sleepy or foggy. The paper also suggests a lifestyle-based model that includes food choices, herbal supplements, and healthy living habits to increase Anandamide naturally. This model is based on recent research from 2018 to 2025. The framework aims to be a base for future clinical studies on the ECS. Figures show how Anandamide is created, how it works, and its possible role in managing stress naturally.
