ABSTRACT Pyrazole is a five-membered nitrogen containing heterocyclic scaffold widely recognized for its significant Pharmacological potential. The growing interest in Pyrazole-based molecules has driven the discovery of numerous biologically active molecules. This review outlines the diverse synthetic strategies employed for the synthesis of various substituted Pyrazole and Pyrazoline hybrid along with their associated biological evaluations. Emphasis is placed on recent advances including clinical studies conducted on Pyrazole and Pyrazoline derivatives between 2020 to 2025 aiming to elucidate their mechanism of action and Pharmacological potential. Keywords: Pyrazoles, Pyrazolines, Heterocyclic compounds, Anti-inflammatory, Analgesic, Anti diabetics, Anti-cancer, Anti-malerial, Anti-viral, Clinical trial, Zelenirstat.
