ABSTRACT Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is a highly esteemed herb in Ayurvedic medicine, recognized for its wide-ranging therapeutic effects. This review compiles and analyzes current scientific and clinical insights into Guduchi, emphasizing its pharmacological attributes, therapeutic applications, and safety considerations. Commonly referred to as Giloy, Guduchi is known for its immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and antioxidant activities, which support its use in treating conditions such as metabolic syndromes, respiratory ailments, and autoimmune disorders.
