COMPARATIVE PFOR PATHWAY -ANTHELMINITIC ACTIVITY OF HIBISCUS ROSA SINENSIS AND NYCTANTHUS ARBOR TRISTIS
Sengamalam Ravindran*, Agilan babu, Abinaya, Anbazhagan Sockalingam
ABSTRACT Walter hauch, a German scientist has provided impacts of bio-enzyme Fermentation process by means of ratio based design (1:3:10:15) for ecosystem maintenance whereas our aim of project utilised formula in therapeutic identification and application in pharmaceutical field. Merits behind using Nyctanthus arbor tristis is involving to enhance photosynthesis, increase resistance to stress and disease, skin cell turnover, exfoliation and wet skin maintenance, anthelminitic activity. Utilised bioenzyme using saccharam officinaram and borassus flabelifer. L in detection of characterisation such as foaming property, consistency, odour and bio-activecompound. Especially average 9.205 cm lenth instead of 12cm and average 4.67 cm instead of 6.85 cm broad leaves-Nyctanthus participate in antihelmintic activity eventhrough flower having corolla number 6 instead of 8 on the basis of restorative ecology conceptual basis. Reported anthelminitic activity and foaming stability was evaluated using Non aqueous titration –perchloric acid at different day-43,day-90 and day-144.Comparative and contrast information Nyctanthus PFOR reductive pathway mechanism was checked against Hibiscus rosa sinensis PFOR pathway oxidative mechanism. Keywords: Bio enzyme method, Nyctanthus Arbor tristis, Anthelminic activity, foaming property, PFOR reductive pathway, walter hauch. [Download Article] [Download Certifiate] |
