*Dr. Renu Devi Arya, Dr. Ranjan and Dr. Jyoti Suman

ABSTRACT

Hemorrhoids or Arsha is a painful review of imagery disorder that already has a lot of people with severe causes being sedentary, poor and incorrect diet, adherence to wrong natural habitation to of age. The daily regimen by the name Dinacharya as prescribed by the Ayurveda is critical in prevention and treatment since it controls Agni, Apana Vata, and removal of causative effects.[12] The major aim of this journal is To understand the significance of Dinacharya in the prevention and control of Arsha and suggest a holistic approach to this based on Swasthavritta. The data was compiled by the text books (classical* Ayurveda Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita Ashtanga Hridaya, published text, and thesis based clinical observation. Modern physiology and lifestyle factors were correlated with symptoms, aetiologies and pathogenesis of Arsha.[10,12] Such practices as correct bowels (Vega Dharana Nishedha), Abhyanga, Ushapana, Vyayama, and duly Ahara were useful when it comes to prevention, as well as relief of symptoms. There was an improvement in straining, bleeding, constipation, and inflammation in the hemorrhoid patients with Regular Dinacharya. Agni deepana and Vata anulomana were the most important effects that were noted.[6] When followed diligently, Dinacharya works as a lifestyle disorder prevention (such as Arsha) protocol that is sustainable in nature. Adding it to daily practice can prevent the recurrence and enhance the health of the guts, Apana functionality, and the comfort of the patient.
