The advent of social media has dramatically transformed communication, connectivity, and interaction in contemporary society. This review aims to explore the complex relationship between social media usage and mental health across different age groups. By examining empirical studies, we seek to understand how social media impacts mental health, identifying both potential benefits and risks, highlighting age-specific vulnerabilities and coping Mechanism.
