It contains valuable information and recommendations for living a longer, healthier life. By regulating our biological clock and advocating a healthy lifestyle, an Ayurvedic daily regimen helps us preserve balance and harmony in our bodies and with nature. These regular rituals are referred to as "Dinacharya," or a set of daily wellness practices. Padabhyanga (foot massage) therapy is highly valued in Ayurveda for its ability to soothe, revitalize, relax, and balance numerous peripheral nervous system disorders.
