A REVIEW ON SAFE-BY-DESIGN NANOMEDICINE: GREEN CHEMISTRY APPROACHES FOR NEXT-GENERATION THERAPEUTICS
V. Sri Venkateswara Rao* and V. Sri Sowmya Surya Bhavani
ABSTRACT Green chemistry has emerged as a trans-formative approach in the development of medicine by reducing environmental and health hazards traditionally associated with nanomaterial synthesis. This review highlights recent advances in green chemistry methodologies for the sustainable production of nanoparticles, bio-compatible nanocarriers, and eco-friendly drug delivery systems. Emphasis is placed on plant-based synthesis, bio-molecule-assisted fabrication, and solvent-free or aqueous-based methods. Challenges, future prospects, and regulatory considerations are also discussed to guide further innovation in Eco-conscious nanomedicine. Keywords: Green chemistry, Nanomedicine, Bio compatible nanoparticles, Sustainable synthesis, Drug delivery, Eco-friendly nanocarriers. [Download Article] [Download Certifiate] |
