The deﬁnition of co-crystals proposed by the FDA in the draft guidance states that they are: “Solids that are crystalline materials composed of two or more than two molecules in the same crystal lattice.” Wherever, there is not one accepted deﬁnition of co-crystals corresponding to the scientiﬁc literature.[1]
