M. Teja Sri, M. Jyothsna, M. Keerthi and G. Lekhya
ABSTRACT Hospital training is beneficial to any department that integrates medical knowledge, but it is especially beneficial to pharmacists since it provides them with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical services, medication administration, and patient care. This training equips pharmacists with clinical knowledge, critical thinking abilities, and decision-making skills that enable them to optimize medication regimens, identify potential errors, and inform patients. This practical experience enhances their professional growth, employability, and patient outcomes. Working with healthcare teams teaches pharmacists more about multidisciplinary teamwork, preparing them for difficult clinical roles and specialized sectors like cardiology. All things considered, hospital training equips pharmacists with the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
