ABSTRACT A promising method to improve transdermal distribution of medicinal substances is the combination of herbal formulations and microneedling procedures. Because they provide for precise control over the administration of phytochemicals and improved penetration capabilities, microneedles have become a major improvement in intra/transdermal medication delivery. In this study, we created "Microheal," an herbal liquid balm that works in tandem with microneedling techniques. Neem extract, aloe vera extract, turmeric extract, colloidal silver nanoparticles, and peppermint oil are all included in the composition because of their strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities. Because of their low potential for toxicity and irritation, these natural materials are typically chosen as pharmaceuticals. The use of microneedles makes it easier to distribute these phytochemicals directly into the skin layers, avoiding problems with conventional administration techniques such unstable gastrointestinal tracts and low oral bioavailability. This method not only improves the herbal components' medicinal potency but also encourages better skin renewal and repair. Based on initial assessments, "Microheal," when combined with microneedling, may provide a viable option for skin healing treatments by utilizing the advantages of both natural product pharmacology and modern delivery technologies.
