ABSTRACT Dark circles under the eyes are a common cosmetic concern affecting individuals of all ages and skin types. This research aims to develop and evaluate a novel under-eye cream formulated with selected herbal extracts known for their skin-rejuvenating, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Herbal ingredients such as *Aloe vera*, *Coffea arabica* (coffee), *Camellia sinensis* (green tea), and *Glycyrrhiza glabra* (licorice) were selected based on literature review and traditional usage for skin brightening and pigmentation reduction. The cream was prepared using standard emulsion techniques, ensuring optimal consistency, pH, and spreadability. The formulation was evaluated for physical stability, pH, viscosity, skin irritation, and effectiveness in reducing dark circles over a 4-week period through a controlled in vivo study. Results demonstrated significant improvement in the appearance of dark circles with no adverse reactions, confirming the potential of herbal extracts in cosmeceutical applications. This study highlights the efficacy of natural ingredients in skincare and supports the development of safe, herbal – based cosmetic formulations. Keywords: .
