ABSTRACT The science of life, Ayurveda, clarifies every idea needed to lead a healthy life. According to Ayurveda, there are seven main Dhatus that are in charge of bringing the body into its physical form and facilitating organ function. After the meal has been broken down, the nutrient-rich juice. Ahara Rasa, the digested food, passes through each of these seven Dhatus. to keep one's wellbeing and health at their best. Out of the seven dhatus, Rasa Dhatu is the most essential as it serves several purposes in the body to maintain our well-being. Rasa Dhatu is nourishing and helps to sustain the body's health, so it is important to constantly work to keep it in excellent condition. The Raja is formed from essence part of Rasa. If the Rasa dhatu is normal in our body then Raja will form properly. Rajapravritti will be normal in female body. Proper Rajapravritti is one of the essential factors for female reproductive health. so, proper nourishment of Rasa Dhatu is essentialfor Normal Rajapravritti.
