ABSTRACT A potent method for utilizing the synergistic potential of many bioactive chemicals found naturally in berries, including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and cranberries, is the use of multiberry formulations. Anthocyanins, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber are abundant in these fruits, and each one has special health benefits. Their interactions enhance the effects of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, cardiovascular agents, cognitive agents, and immune-supporting agents. This paper examines the complex makeup of berries, emphasizing the increased bioactivity brought about by their combined application. In order to preserve and improve the effectiveness of these substances in functional foods, drinks, and nutraceuticals, it also covers contemporary formulation processes such as freeze-drying, encapsulation, and extraction methods. Keywords: Berries, Synergy, Antioxidants, Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods, Anthocyanins, Polyphenols. [Download Article] [Download Certifiate] |
