Manas, also known as Satva, is a crucial idea to comprehend how psychic and psycho-somatic diseases manifest in the modern world. This piece is an effort to to gain knowledge about Manas and its function in preserving health. Given that Manas is an unseen force, Consequently, it is hard to comprehend and only understood by its functions. The way of living and eating patterns (Ahara and Numerous psychological and psychosomatic diseases are caused by vihara in the modern day. An endeavor is made here to cultivate an awareness of the role of Manas, its attributes, capabilities, and functions, among other Manas Rog with their management, treatment, and preventative tenets. Additionally, the roles of Pathya, Vihar, Ahara, In order to gain a deeper comprehension of all the etiological components of Manasa, Apathya and Yoga have also been considered.
