A REVIEW ARTICLE ON VASANT RITU

ABSTRACT Ayurveda – The science of life always deals with two aims- “Swasthasya Swastha Rakshanam, Aturasya Vikara Prashamanam.” It’s first priority is the preventive aspect that is Swasthya Rakshana. This can be only achieved by following Dinacharya, Ritucharya, and Ratrichrya. Changing season affects the external environment and due to this, it will affect our body. Therefore our body should be adaptable to different environmental changes without disturbing the Homeostasis of the body by following Pathya-Apathya, Ahar-Vihara in each Ritu. Vasant Ritu is an Ayurvedic term for the Spring Season, which is a time of Rejuvenation and new life.
