Abstract

STUDY THE EFFECT OF SOME VARIABLES ON TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS AND THE EFFECT OF MEDICATIONS SOME GLUCOPHAGE AND DAONIL: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

ABSTRACT

In this study 250 showed the patients took from the diabetes mellitus T2 (150 male and and 100 female) took that aged between 30 - 70 years. Also the control group 150 (75 male, and 75 female) The study was took from the first of November 2024 to the ten January 2025. The samples were obtained from Alseder hospitals in Najaf. The our article included three groups, The first, 125 patients (75 males, 50 females) with DM T2 when treatment with daonil drag, The second, 125 patients (75males, 50 females) with DM T2 when the treatment with the Glucophage drag. The third, 150 (75 males, and 75 females) control group, our results found that the patient with DM T 2 treats with Glocophage and daonil showed that no significant differences p>0.05 in all age groups of DM T2. Significant that was the increase pwith the control group. We observed that insulin concentration in the both male and females in patient with DM T 2 when the treats with the Glucophage drag and daonil drag (more than ten y) is no significant difference p>0.05.
