ABSTRACT As the call for women's empowerment grows louder, Ayurveda stands out as a holistic well-being solution designed specifically for women. In Ayurveda, women embody the divine energy of Shakti, aligning with the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle. This study delves into the Ayurvedic perspective on Rajonivritti (menopause), exploring its causes, manifestations, and holistic management. Ayurvedic principles such as Dosha balance, the role of Ama (toxins), and the significance of Ojas (vital energy) provide a comprehensive understanding of menopausal transitions.
