ABSTRACT Prameha, an umbrella term for various metabolic and urinary disordersin Ayurveda, has been studied extensively from the perspectives ofdoshic imba lances and tissue dysfunctions. However, an innovativeand underexplored angle is its relationship with circadian rhythmsthe body’s internal biological clock that governs numerousphysiological processes, including metabolism, hormone secretion, anddiges tion. Ayurveda inherently recognizes time’s influence on healththrough concepts like dinacharya (daily regimen) and ritucharya(seasonal regimen).
