OPTIMIZING IMMUNIZATION STRATEGIES FOR ENHANCED EFFICACY IN CAR T CELL THERAPY

ABSTRACT chimneric antigen receptor (CAR)T- Cells are an emerging important therapy in cancer. Post CAR T-cell synthesis cells are Analyzed for Identity, Purity, safety & Potency Immunization boost increases the Potency & safety of CART cell therapy through antigen mediated action at cancer directed target. Amph ligand therapy increases Donor cell Polyfunctionality & short Duration of Treatment but CAR-T cell plus radiotherapy increases anti tumor affects. Drawbacks or limitation are High costs, Adverse reaction and limited efficacy to solid tumors. The opportunities to still increase CART-T Cell efficacy, delivery efficiency and specificity offer hope for long term cure for many more patients with cancer.
