ABSTRACT Kopi luwak, or civet coffee, is regarded as one of the most popular coffees in the world. The best and ripest coffee beans are used to make this coffee, and the luwak (paradoxorus hermaphroditus). Kopi Luwak is currently identified as the most exclusive and expensive coffee in the world. Kopi luwak production is initially executed naturally by way of gathering kopi luwak from nature.
