ABSTRACT Behçet's disease is an autoimmune disease affecting vessels of all calibers, recurrent, multi-systemic, evolving by flare-ups that can be accentuated by the physiological changes of pregnancy (Hyper-estrogenia). Whose diagnosis is exceptional after the age of 45. Multifactorial pathology (Genetic, Immunological, Infectious, Cytological). The clinical manifestations are non-specific and result in skin, muscle, osteoarticular, cardiac, renal, neurological and ophthalmological damage. Relapses of the disease during pregnancy are rare, especially if the patient is in remission. The fetal complications observed depend on the stage of the disease as well as the association with other pathologies. La prise en charge multi disciplinaire et l'ajustement du traitement abouti à la stabilisation de la maladie et à l’amélioration du pronostic foetal. Keywords: Behçet; Pregnancy; Autoimmune; Colchicine. [Download Article] [Download Certifiate] |
