HPLC METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF GLIMEPIRIDE AND METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE
Taruna Sharma*, Neeru Malik, Dr. Mona Piplani and Pankaj Bhateja
ABSTRACT In everyday work, analysts must quickly analyse samples of complicated matrices, bio therapeutic medicines, and multicomponent formulations. Pharmaceutical analytical chemistry is concerned with new analytical techniques, and analytical chemists should take into account many interdisciplinary science principles while designing methods of analysis. These interdisciplinary sciences include chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, computer science, and more. For instance, physicists' development of analytical tools like the mass spectrometer was found to have several uses in the examination of pharmaceuticals. Medicinal combinations are formulations containing one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) intended for use in a fixed-dosage form. Keywords: .
