2-PYRAZOLINE AS A VERSATILE PHARMACOPHORE: A REVIEW

ABSTRACT

In last decade, many researchers have been developed potent heterocyclic compounds. Pyrazolines are significant pharmacophore due to its medicinal applications such as anticancer, antituberculosis, antimicrobial, antipyretic, antidepressant etc. Many researchers have interest to design as well as develop potent pyrazoline derivatives and their investigations with its medicinal interest. In present review, we have summarized the biological activities of pyrazoline derivatives and their reported facile synthesis. So it can be helpful for future development to obtain new potent drug molecules.
