Abstract

REVIEW ON MEDICINAL USES AND NUTRIONAL VALUES OF GOAT MILK

ABSTRACT

Goats are an essential part of the livestock sector because they can survive in difficult conditions, making them appropriate for small-scale, landless producers. Goats provide a substantial contribution to the supply of milk and milk products, as well as to the health and economy of rural areas. In terms of global milk production, goats are third. Production using several species. Goat milk includes more calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus than cow's milk. Human and animal milk. More goat milk-specific proteins and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) have been acknowledged as distinct lipid and protein with distinct health advantages. The goat milk's delicate curd could be an benefit for adult people with ulcers and gastrointestinal problems. The importance of goat milk for prevention of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and allergiesmicroorganism that is used to boost immunity. Infants, the elderly, and those recovering from illness should drink goat milk. The acceptability of goat milk by consumers.
Its items are said to be of outstanding quality. Goat has nevertheless received little attention in research and development. To maximize benefits, goats must now be completely utilized, especially for their meat, milk, and milk products. Items with therapeutic potential.
