Dhandhukiya N., Dhondge Y. K., Tayde M. A.* and Gulecha V. S.

ABSTRACT

Cognitive talents are brain-based skills needed for thinking, information manipulation, and acquiring new knowledge. They are more interested in the methods by which people learn, remember, solve problems, and pay attention than they are in the actual knowledge. Neuro-cognitive diseases, or cognitive disorders (CDs) includes issues with attention, verbal and nonverbal learning, memory both short term and working, audiovisual processing, problem solving. A severe impairment of cognition or memory that shows a notable decline from a prior level of function is what is referred to as a neurocognitive disorder. Psychomotor activity is the performance of an individual in connection to cognitive and emotional events. It includes elements such as muscle tone and kinetic harmony. The purpose of this review was to clarify the function of cognitive disorder and psychomotor
retardation in depression diagnosis and treatment by reviewing the state of the field.

Keywords: Cognitive skill, Cognitive dysfunctioning, Psychomotor skills, Psychomotor dysfunctioning.
