ANTI INFLAMMATORY, ANTI ARTHRITIC OF SYNTHESISED SILVER NANOPARTICLES USING LANTANA CAMARA LEAVES

ABSTRACT
Lantana camara plant samples were collected from the localvicinity, Eethanolic extract of leaf of Lantana Camara was prepared. Silver Nanoparticles from the ethanolic extract of Lantana camara. The synthesized Silver Nanoparticle were characterized using UV visible spectroscopy X-Ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy and Energy Dispersive X-Ray analysis In our study silver nanoparticles were tested for anti-inflammatory activity using human red cell membrane stabilization method similarly silver nanoparticles were tested for anti-arthritic activity using protein denaturation and albumin denaturation method.
