ABSTRACT
Some plants showing microbicidal effect traditionally can be employed as a pharmaceutical agent in antibacterial formulations to already existing therapies hence the present study aims to study antibacterial effect of Citrus sinenses. Orange peel is a rich source of antibiotic activity and antioxidant, incurrent life cycle scenario, people are becoming more aware of functional key ingredients and thus the demand of functional foods is increasing. This study was aimed to develop antimicrobial activity from orange peel.
