DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF POLYHERBAL FACE PACK FOR DRY AND OILY SKIN

ABSTRACT

Now a day’s a rise in the level of pollution, fungus, allergens, microbes etc., human skin has become sensitive and prone to various skin problems. The main objectives of the present study was to formulate herbal face pack for oily and dry skin. To evaluate powder characteristics, irritancy test, stability studies and physicochemical properties of prepared herbal face pack. Through this work our main goal is to correct or maintain the problems related to dry and oily skin by using herbal face pack besides that it delivers many addition properties to the skin like glowing and moisturize the skin, prevent acne formation and provide anti-aging property. Herbal face packs or mask are used to stimulate blood circulation, rejuvenates and assist to hold the pliability of the pores and skin and put off dust from skin pores. The benefit of natural cosmetics is their non- poisonous nature, lessen the hypersensitive reactions and time examined usefulness of many ingredients. From this work, we concluded that formulation 1(F1) is better than Formulation 2 (F2) by taking different composition of ingredients for Dry and Oily skin herbal face pack.
