ABSTRACT
Isatin-1H-Indole-2, 3-dione.Isatin and its derivatives belongs to the class of Indole fused hetero atoms. The present work detailed account synthesis of piperazine substituted Isatin and its derivatives. They may be utilized for the production of a broad range of heterocyclic molecules. It can be used as precursor for drug synthesis and lot of research work has been done regarding the synthesised and chemical properties. The piperazine substituted Isatin moiety shows the wide spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities such as analgesic, anti-helmentic, antioxidant activities. Their structure of compound conformed by 1H, 13C-NMR data, Mass, IR spectroscopy and Elemental analysis.
