ANTICANCER DRUG LETROZOLE & STABILITY STUDIES OF LETROZOLE TABLET BY HPLC

ABSTRACT

Cancer is the most harmful disease. Thus, Letrozole tablets are mostly used in the treatment of breast cancer. And letrozole is also used in the anti-fertility drug. It is also used in tablets for various diseases containing additives as per ICH guidelines. The developed method was validated according to the International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines on system sutability, linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity, robustness and scope. And this review also examines the stress resistance of letrozole tablet and checks the long-term stability, accelerated stability of letrozole tablet, and checks the parameters of letrozole tablet within specific months. And check the Parameters of letrozole tablet, and control the drug stability of letrozole by HPLC method with certain parameters such as accuracy, precision limit of detection robustness etc.
