ABSTRACT
Vesicular medicine delivery system consists of one or further concentric bilayers made up of amphiphilic motes girding an waterless cube. Their capability to localize the exertion of medicine at the point or organ of action makes it an important delivery system for the targeted delivery of medicines. Vesicular medicine delivery system sustains the medicine action at a destined rate. therefore it maintains an effective medicine position in the body, and contemporaneously minimizes the undesirable side goods. Ufasomes are unsaturated adipose acid vesicles. They're dormancies of unrestricted lipid bilayers that are composed of adipose acids and their ionized species (cleaner) which are confined to narrow pH range from 7 to 9. Lipid film hydration system is used generally for the medication of adipose acid vesicles. Oleic acid is the most common adipose acid used as the major element for the medication of ufasomes. This composition describes system of ufasome medication, advantages, disadvantages, unborn progress and characterization of ufasomes.
