Prakash Bairagi*, Navneet Tiwari, Dr. Vijay Singh and Rohit Padiyar

ABSTRACT

Neem is a member of the Meliaceae family and is used in Chinese, Ayurveda, and Unani drugs to treat and forestall conditions. Studies have shown that it modulates molecular pathways such as p53, pTEN, NF- B, PI3K/Akt, Bcl- 2, and VEGF, making it a safe medicinal shop. The use of fungicides has become increasingly important in the environment of major crop losses. Azadirachtin, a tetranortriterpenoid deduced from the neem seed of the Indian neem tree, is one of the prominent bio pesticides capitalized and remains the most successful botanical fungicide in agrarian use worldwide. This review summarizes the state of the art on pivotal azadirachtin insecticidal exertion and trouble assessment, identifies knowledge gaps that could serve as the base for future disquisition direction, and highlights limitation in agrarian use and the development of new strategies by the use of nanotechnology to control its release rate and ameliorate its stability and sustainability. The Neem tree (Azadirachta indica) has been used for centuries as a wonder tree in India. It is considered inoffensive to humans, creatures, cats call, salutary insects and earthworms, and has been approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency for use on food crops. It has insecticidal parcels that are effective against a broad diapason of insects, and is used in herbal and allopathic drugs. It also has antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Double birth of oil painting and azadirachtin from Azadirachta indica using Soxhlet device and hexane and ethanol asnon-polar and polar detergents at colourful rates and birth times.
