*Sukhbir Singh, Shikha, Daljeet Kaur, Shveta Devi Billowria, Pooja Sharma and Nitan Bharti Gupta
ABSTRACT To ameliorate the solubility and bioavailability solid lipid nanoparticles(SLNs) are the new approach in medicine delivery system. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) are at the van of the fleetly developing field of nanotechnology with several implicit operations in medicine delivery and exploration. Solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) are made of a solid lipid core with a monolayer phospholipid shell. Due to their unique size dependent parcels, lipid nanoparticles offer possibility to develop new rectifiers. The capability to incorporate medicines into nanocarriers offers a new prototype in medicine delivery that could use for medicine targeting. This review concentrated on advancement in lipid nanoparticles, system of medication, secondary product way, characterization, operation and future of SLNs. This review presents a broad treatment of solid lipid nanoparticles agitating their advantages, limitations. Keywords: Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs), Colloidal medicine carriers, Solid lipid.
