The results show that those who are meet with WHO standards are hospitals which have a formularies list with total of 40 antibiotics, purchasing antibiotics from the total hospital drug costs 29.89% and average the number of antibiotics prescribed for each patient is 2.52. Whereas those who are not meet with WHO standards are the availability of antibiotics at hospital pharmacies 89.34%, average the number of antibiotic days that were not available 1 day / month, patients prescribed one or more antibiotics 71.49%, antibiotics prescribed in accordance with formulary 98.19 %, average the day duration of antibiotics prescribed 2.66 days, antibiotics prescribed with generic names 90.54%, antibiotic doses given 98.45%, average length of stay of patients who received antibiotics 3.87 days and could not do sensitivity tests.
