ABSTRACT

The ultimate aim of study is to calibrate and validate the UV spectrophotometer by using standard SOPs for qualification of instrument to produce accurate result in specific time which cause efficient running of experiments. The design qualification, installation qualification, performance qualification and operational qualification of instrument is performed by using SOPs.
