FORMULATION OF HANDSANITIZER USING GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA WITH ALOE VERA AND CASTOR OIL AGAINST SKIN PATHOGENS

ABSTRACT
Epidermis layer is the primary barrier to prevent the entry of the microorganism. Skin contains beneficial and harmful microorganisms. E.coli staphylococcus.sp, Bacillus sp, Klebsiella pnueumoniae which is skin pathogen. Glycyrrhiza glabra have an antibacterial activity and antioxidant property by using proponol to eluvate the phytochemical property of glycyrrhiza glabra. Propanol has the property of anxiety and to prevent migration. Alovera gel have anti-inflammatory property. It also helps to treat canker sores caster oil which moistures our skin and keep it from drying out. The most of the effective hand sanitizer products are alcohol based formulation containing 65-95% of alcohol as it can denature the proteins of microbes and the ability to inactive bacteria. The range of available hand sanitizer and there effectiveness
as well as formulation aspects, adverse effects and recommedations to enhance the formulation efficiency and safety. so this study reveals the propanol extract of glycyrrhiza glabra alovera gel, castor oil in the form of the disinfectants as a sanitizer form.
