Abstract

A PHARMACEUTICAL STUDY OF KUTANNATADI TAILA

ABSTRACT

The pharmaceutical study is related to processes and special techniques to make drugs suitable for human beings through different procedures of preparation. The preparation of a drug requires great attention because use of it is related to someone’s life. The pharmaceutical study not only includes drug manufacturing but also includes its dispensing to the patients in a suitable form. Here in the present article- “A pharmaceutical study of Kutannatadi Taila” formulation is in Tail (oil) Kalpana form. Medicated Taila in ayurvedic pharmaceutics is described in detail under the Sneha Kalpana section. Here Sneha means fat or fatty material and Kalpana stands for the pharmaceutical process of standardization.
