RECONSTRUCTION OF POST-BURN CONTRACTURE CAUSING SYNDACTYLY- A CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT

Syndactyly is failure of separation of digits. It is mostly congenital. An acquire syndactyly following post burn contracture of hand can be treated successfully using partial thickness skin grafting. Use of finger spacer during dressing and post-operative physiotherapy can achieve good functional outcome.
