ABSTRACT A simple, sensitive, and selective isocratic reversed phase High Performance Liquid chromatographic method has been developed for estimation of moxonidine from pharmaceutical dosage form using a mobile phase consisting mixture Methanol: Water (80:20), at the flow rate of 0.8mL/min . A cosmosil C18 A (250mm X 4.6 mm, 5micron particle diameter) column was used as a stationary phase. The retention time of moxinidine 2.09 min. the eluent were detected at 252nm. The proposed method is precise, accurate, selective and rapid for the determination of Moxonidine. Keywords: Moxonidine, RP-HPLC Method, Mobile phase. [Download Article] [Download Certifiate] |
