ABSTRACT

Trees, nature gift to mankind sapodilla plant is a storehouse of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, glucose, tannins and calories. Nature has blessed with a wonderful flora and fauna, which has made our life beautiful one of these wonders is sapodilla fruit envenoming and deaths result from coronavirus become important public problems and world fight against them. Manilkara zapota, also known as sapodilla, member of Sapotaceae family. Medicinal plants play important role in the development of potent therapeutic agents in recent years there has been an increased interest in using of herbal medicine. This review investigates the pharmacological nature of sapodilla the aim of this review to a novel exploration of drug with detailed investigation of individual bioactive compounds of sapodilla.
