Abstract

STABILITY INDICATING METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR THE DETERMINATION OF OLMESARTAN AND AMLODIPINE BY RP-HPLC

ABSTRACT

The RP-HPLC method for analysing Olmesartan and Amlodipine was a novel technique. Using an Xterra C18 5 m (4.6*250 mm) column, the drugs Olmesartan and Amlodipine were tested. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, the mobile phase ratio was phosphate buffer (0.05 M), pH 4.6: ACN (55:45% v/v) (pH was adjusted with orthophosphoric acid), and the detection wavelength was 255 nm.
